Ok, but who determines the pricing and how is it calculated?
You do. We are taking a laissez-faire approach for two main reasons:

We all understand our own finances and budget. We all understand what we can and cannot afford. It should not be in a company’s power to tell you how much you should or should not spend on a particular service or job.
2.
We all know what is FAIR. Here is an example: you want to get your car brakes changed. You call a mechanic and they quote you $250 for ONE brake. You come on this platform and offer $50 for the job. No mechanic is going to accept the job. Likewise, you want to hire someone to fill a shift but will pay them much less than minimum wage. Yes, someone may accept the job, but that is still unreasonable.
